Bookings

• Each child is entitled to one free taster session, ever, bookable into any available session matching their age band.
• Individual sessions are £12.50, paid online at the time of booking.
• A block of 4 sessions costs £40.00(£10.00/session), paid upfront, and issues 4 session credits with a 12-month expiry.
• Blocks renew automatically at £40.00 when the 4th credit is used, unless renewal is switched off from the parent dashboard.
• Where enabled, a 10% sibling discount applies automatically to the 2nd and 3rd child on an account; it does not apply to a 4th child or beyond, and only while AFS has the discount switched on.

Rescheduling, cancellations & refunds

• Parents cannot cancel a booking or trigger a refund themselves.
• Any upcoming booking can be rescheduled to another available session in the same age band, free of charge, once per block booking, from the parent dashboard.
• Cancellations and refunds are handled solely by AFS, at AFS's discretion, from the admin panel.
• If AFS cancels a session (for example, for weather), affected bookings are credited back automatically (or the taster reinstated), and parents are emailed to rebook.

Attendance

A booking is marked Present or Absent by a coach on the day. A no-show (Absent) is treated as a used session — the payment or credit is not automatically restored, though AFS staff may restore a lapsed credit as a goodwill gesture at their discretion.

Conduct & safety

Parents are responsible for ensuring accurate medical/allergy information is kept up to date on their child's profile. AFS reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a place where necessary for the safety of participants or staff.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
